Handling Time
At Ricoma Australia, we aim to dispatch all orders placed by 10am on the same day. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotional periods, public holidays, or weekends.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and type of products ordered, as well as the delivery location.
We offer flat-rate shipping for added simplicity and value:
- Embroidery Machines: $540 flat rate Australia-wide
- Heat Presses: $140 flat rate Australia-wide
- Accessories: $50 flat rate Australia-wide
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 2 to 10 business days.
Important Information
- Accessories can be delivered to PO Boxes.
- Embroidery machines cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If you require machine delivery to a PO Box, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives.
- Please allow for potential delays during peak periods, as shipping and handling times may be affected and are beyond our control.
