These Terms and Conditions govern the supply by us of any Product ordered by you on the Website. By agreeing to order a Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. No changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Ricoma Australia. Ricoma Australia reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Ricoma Australia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
We only sell and ship products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
\r\nYou may place an Order by adding items to \u2018My Cart\u2019 on Ricoma Australia Website and clicking the \u201cCheck Out\u201d button. When you place your order, we will issue you with an Order Number on a \u201cThank you for Your Order\u201d email. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. The \u201cThank You\u201d email does not guarantee we formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. We will confirm acceptance of your order when your order status moves to dispatched in the My Account My Orders Section. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
Any products purchased from our Website are for personal use only and not for commercial use as per our Warranty.
For high value and bulky items your purchases may need to be verified by provision of identification for insurance and freight purposes, in which case a sales consultant will be in touch.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Ricoma Australia uses Stripe to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions. We also offer PayPal solutions. Ricoma Australia\u2019s policy is to confirm the identity of the purchaser for any order over $1,000 by requesting photo ID be provided before the order is dispatched. Confidential information including card details are encrypted using industry standard SSL 256-bit encryption technology.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Ricoma Australia reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed on website at any time.<\/p>\r\n
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing update information on the website at any time (including after you have submitted your order). Should the pricing be incorrect on your order we will contact via phone or email before proceeding.<\/p>\r\n
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST, where applicable.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Delivery will be made via a number of partners and the estimated delivery times will be indicated depending on your location.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
We use the best possible estimated dates given the information we have been provided by our suppliers and partners, however many factors are outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.<\/p>\r\n
Individual order status can be tracked in the My Account, My Orders section. We charge shipping and handling for each sale you purchase from unless otherwise stated on the website. We deliver across Australia but are unable to deliver to Islands, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.<\/p>\r\n
If delivery cannot be made to an address and the product returned to our warehouse, the Customer will be liable to pay a re-delivery fee.<\/p>\r\n
Ricoma Australia will not be liable to you for a loss you, or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your Order or deliver Goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an Order.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
All orders must be signed for unless you have given specific Authority to Leave instructions. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.<\/p>\r\n
Ricoma Australia and couriers associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority To Leave delivery method. You agree to release Blessington Pty Ltd from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses if Authority To Leave is selected. This option is not applicable for embroidery machines.<\/p>\r\n
If delivery cannot be made to an address and the product returned to our warehouse, the Customer will be liable to pay a re-delivery fee.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Ricoma Australia may cancel an Order if the Product or Accessory is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Cancellations will be made using the same method payment was accepted, unless notified. If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service on (02) 4337 3737. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be canceled and the item must instead be returned to the company according to guidelines on our Returns Policy.<\/p>\r\n
Ricoma Australia may cancel an order if our policy is not met and fraud is suspected. Photo ID must be provided for any order over $1,000 to be dispatched.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Each \u2018Ricoma Australia Voucher\u2019 is personal to the User receiving it, is not transferable, has no monetary value, and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each \u2018Ricoma Australia Voucher\u2019 has an expiry date that cannot be modified.<\/p>\r\n
Some \u2018Ricoma Australia Voucher\u2019s may specify a minimum spend in order to be used. In this case, the monetary value of the order (excluding delivery costs) has to be higher than the minimum spend.<\/p>\r\n
Under no circumstances can the value of a discount \u2018Ricoma Australia Voucher\u2019 be deducted from an order if that \u2018Ricoma Australia Voucher\u2019 is defective or out of date: no replacement \u2018Ricoma Australia Voucher\u2019s will be issued.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
