Returns:

We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may at our sole discretion, (with the exception of Special orders) allow a return for refund on a case-by-case basis, provides the item in question is:

  1. Returned within 30 days of order*;
  2. Not used (with original packaging with tags);
  3. Not damaged in any way.
  4. Proof of purchase must be provided.

If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process.
We will provide you with a refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for the payment of return postage.

*Please note- No refunds will be given on Special Orders.

Warranty Domestic & Commercial – Australasia :

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Ricoma product. It reflects the precise manufacturing and quality control

standards of one of the world’s leading brands. You also have the peace of mind in knowing that your product is

covered by Ricoma’s Standard Warranty.


Our Standard Warranty on Ricoma’s products is 5 years from date of purchase, against defects arising from faulty

materials or workmanship. To qualify for our standard warranty your Ricoma product should be serviced every 12

months by an approved Ricoma technician.


The benefits given to you in Ricoma’s Standard Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under

State and Federal legislation. Ricoma’s products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian and

New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and or compensation for

any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if

the products fail to be of an acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Warranty Conditions:

First 2 years: Warranty Parts and Warranty Labour

Remaining 3 years: Warranty Parts Only

 

The warranty does not include consumable items such as belts, hooks, light bulbs, needles, needle plates, knives,

loopers and does not cover faults caused by abuse or misuse of the machine which includes the machine not being

regularly serviced or accidental damage or loss.


Freight and insurance to and from the place of service is the responsibility of the owner and warranty automatically

becomes void if any adjustment, part replacement or repair is carried out by any person other than an authorized

service representative, or the product is not serviced in accordance with the instruction manual.

The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable in the event the product is sold or otherwise disposed of. Please

retain original packaging for safe transporting in case warranty is required.

Should service be required under the terms of the warranty, please contact the store from which you purchased your

Ricoma Product.

Please note warranty card must be presented with your product when a service is required, together with your original

purchase receipt / invoice as proof of purchase otherwise warranty will not be honoured.
